We collect the following information when you use Sentinel Trading Bots:

• ◆Wallet Address — your public blockchain address used to verify NFT ownership and authenticate your account
• ◆Exchange API Keys — API key and secret provided by you to enable automated trading on your exchange account
• ◆Trading Activity — trade history, positions, profit/loss data, and performance metrics generated through our service
• ◆Usage Data — interaction with our platform, feature usage, and session information

We do not collect personal identification information such as your name, email, or physical address unless voluntarily provided for support purposes.

Security is our highest priority. We implement industry-leading protection for your sensitive data:

• ◆AES-256-GCM Encryption — all exchange API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. This is the same standard used by financial institutions and government agencies
• ◆No Plaintext Storage — API keys are never stored in plaintext at any point in our system
• ◆Key Isolation — encryption keys are stored separately from encrypted data
• ◆Minimal Permissions — we only request trading permissions on your API keys. We never request or use withdrawal permissions
• ◆Secure Infrastructure — our servers use encrypted connections, firewalls, and regular security audits

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• ◆Trade Execution — using your API keys to execute automated trades on your exchange account based on your tier's signal sources
• ◆Signal Quality Improvement — analyzing aggregate trade outcomes to improve our trading algorithms and signal filtering
• ◆Performance Analytics — generating performance reports, win rates, and profit metrics for your dashboard
• ◆System Monitoring — detecting and resolving issues with bot performance, connectivity, and trade execution
• ◆Risk Management — enforcing position limits, drawdown protection, and circuit breakers to protect your capital

We interact with third-party services only as strictly necessary:

• ◆Cryptocurrency Exchanges — your API keys are used to interact with exchange APIs (Bybit, Binance, Weex, etc.) solely for the purpose of executing trades on your behalf
• ◆Blockchain Networks — we interact with the Base blockchain to verify NFT ownership and process subscriptions

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not provide your data to data brokers or analytics companies. Your trading data is never shared with other users.

Please be aware that certain data is inherently public on the blockchain:

• ◆NFT purchase transactions are publicly visible on the Base blockchain
• ◆Your wallet address and NFT holdings are publicly queryable
• ◆Subscription renewal transactions are recorded on-chain

This is a fundamental property of blockchain technology and is outside our control. Your exchange trading activity, API keys, and performance data are not stored on-chain and remain private.

We use minimal, functional cookies only:

• ◆Session cookies to maintain your authentication state
• ◆Preference cookies to remember your dashboard settings

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No data is shared with advertising networks.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services:

You may request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove all your data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Blockchain transactions cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of the technology.

If you use the online audit tool, what you paste or upload is read in memory to extract a list of signals (coin, direction, time). We never store the pasted text or the file. What happens to the extracted list depends on the choice you make before scoring:

• ◆Private audit (with an access code): the list is kept only until your score is produced, then deleted. The score is kept without any channel name.
• ◆Contributed audit (you tick "Add this channel's signals to our independent index"): we keep the list, the channel name or link if you give one, and the score, in our channel index. We use it to measure channels with the same method as our published panel and to look for channels with real skill.
• ◆We publish only anonymised, aggregated index results. We never publish a channel name you give us, or who contributed.
• ◆To tell independent contributors apart and to limit free audits, we store a salted one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself. The index holds no email address or account details.
• ◆To have a contribution removed, email us with the reference shown on your result.

If you instead send us a file of signals (symbol, side, time) by email, we use it only to produce your report.

• ◆We do not publish it, sell it, or use it to name or rank any channel
• ◆We delete the uploaded file once your report has been delivered, and in any case within 30 days
• ◆We keep the resulting scores (not the file) so we can support you and check our method; they are not linked to a channel name unless you tell us which channel it is
• ◆Please do not send personal information. The file only needs symbols, sides and times

If you join the early-access list we store your email address and the price range you choose, only to tell you when the service opens and to help us set a fair price. Ask us to remove you at any time.
