Terms of Service

Sentinel Trading Bots ("we", "us", "our") provides automated cryptocurrency trading services accessed through NFT-gated membership on the Base blockchain (Ethereum Layer 2). By purchasing a Sentinel NFT and using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase our NFTs or use our services.

Sentinel NFTs are non-refundable digital assets minted on the Base blockchain. All purchases are final. NFT prices are denominated in ETH and paid on-chain via our smart contract.

Each NFT grants access to a specific tier of trading signals and bot services. NFTs are ERC-721 tokens and may be transferred or sold on secondary markets. Ownership of the NFT is required to access the associated trading tier. We do not guarantee the future value of any NFT.

Our bots execute automated cryptocurrency trades on your behalf using exchange API keys you provide. The trading service is fully automated and operates 24/7.

You acknowledge that automated trading systems can and do experience losses.

You are solely responsible for:

• ◆Securing your exchange API keys and wallet private keys
• ◆Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
• ◆Ensuring your exchange account has sufficient funds and margin
• ◆Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• ◆Configuring appropriate risk parameters for your trading account
• ◆Monitoring your positions and account health

You must never share your API keys with unauthorized parties. API keys should be configured with trading permissions only — withdrawal permissions must never be enabled.

Access to certain tiers requires an active on-chain subscription in addition to NFT ownership. Subscriptions are per-tier and renewed on-chain via our smart contract. Subscription periods are 30 days from the date of renewal. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

Failure to renew your subscription will result in suspension of trading services until renewed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel Trading Bots shall not be liable for:

• ◆Trading losses incurred through use of our automated systems
• ◆Exchange downtime, API failures, or connectivity issues
• ◆Market conditions, flash crashes, or extreme volatility events
• ◆Losses due to incorrect API key configuration
• ◆Smart contract vulnerabilities or blockchain network issues
• ◆Losses arising from unauthorized access to your accounts
• ◆Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your NFT.

All trading algorithms, bot software, signal processing systems, and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Sentinel Trading Bots.

Your NFT grants you a license to use the trading service associated with your tier — it does not grant ownership of, or rights to, the underlying technology, code, or trading strategies. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

• ◆You violate these Terms of Service
• ◆You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
• ◆Your use of the service poses a risk to other users or our systems
• ◆Required by law or regulation

You may voluntarily terminate your use of the service at any time by disconnecting your exchange API keys. NFT ownership is not affected by service termination.

• ◆Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and can move rapidly against your positions
• ◆Leveraged trading can result in losses exceeding your initial investment
• ◆Automated trading systems may execute trades during periods of extreme market stress
• ◆Exchange failures, hacks, or regulatory actions can result in loss of funds
• ◆There is no guarantee that our trading strategies will be profitable
• ◆You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose

By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
